Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BassBoxed, we take pride in building high-quality custom and ready-to-ship boomboxes. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from BassBoxed, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Orders

Custom-built orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the initial 24-hour period, production may begin immediately, and custom orders become non-cancelable and non-refundable.

BassBoxed reserves the right to charge non-refundable deposits or material costs for custom projects once production has started.

Returns

Returns for ready-to-ship boomboxes may be accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging
  • The return is approved by BassBoxed prior to shipment

BassBoxed reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Custom-built products are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A detailed description of the issue

Failure to provide the required information may delay or prevent claim approval.

BassBoxed is not responsible for damage caused after delivery confirmation, improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of the product.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was caused by BassBoxed
  • Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.

Most issues can be resolved much faster through direct communication with our support team.

BassBoxed reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using documented proof of fulfillment, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other supporting evidence related to the order.

Shipping & Processing Times

Estimated production, processing, and shipping times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production workload, parts availability, weather conditions, shipping carriers, or other factors outside of our control.
